Licensing fees control where, when and how images can be used. Licensing agreements are made between Darlene C. Almeda (a/k/a photographer), and client (a/k/a buyer), and grants specific rights for individual image usage. The client can only use the image within the scope of each agreement.

There are four types of Licensing Agreements:

• Rights-Managed License
• Print License
• Personal Use Electronic Download
• Royalty-Free License

For Prints, the “Print License” agreement applies. For personal (non-commercial) website usage, the “Personal Use Electronic Download” license applies. Clients seeking information on commercial, editorial, and advertorial usage rights, the “Rights-Managed License” or “Royalty-Free License” will apply.

Fees for specific commercial usage will be quoted upon request.
